Introducing exceptional emerging artists to galleries, curators, and collectors worldwide. 
Visual Overture Magazine promotes and empowers the emerging artist, and connects that artist with potential exhibitors and investors. Our aim is to introduce exceptional international emerging artists to galleries, curators, and art collectors worldwide with an emphasis on the Southern Atlantic region (VA, NC, SC, GA, FL). We do this through a juried quarterly publication.
Each quarter, a distinguished juror hand picks seven international artists working in a variety of media. Every copy of Visual Overture presents the exciting and new artwork of some of the best under-represented professional artists in the world today, along with their interviews and notes from the juror. In addition to the imagery of selected artists' work, fresh levels of perception on contemporary art are presented through interviews with arts professionals, articles on the relationship of art and culture, and how-to tips for collectors and emerging artists.
Visual Overture was created by artist Arlissa Vaughn to meet the needs of both the professional artist and the gallery or collector seeking new work. Art enthusiasts of every background will find Visual Overture to be a great asset in discovering new talent.
